And not to mention all that extra quiet time in the morning at work before everyone else gets in. People that get into work before others claim that time is twice as productive due to less distractions.

If you’re not already a early riser… this may time some time to adjust, but you will adjust.

If you’re worried about your sleep quality, you shouldn’t be, experts say that if you sleep earlier and you wake up earlier, your body will become in sync with the natural circadian rhythms – meaning you’ll get a more restful and more healing sleep.
